who is erynn hughes?

Erynn is a multi-hyphenate strategist and adventure seeker, straddling life between Long Island and New York City. She began her career in advertising unearthing insights through identity work on the Jordan Brand before launching The Vanguard Group's first ever omnichannel branding campaign.

During her summer as a MAIP fellow at Mindshare, Erynn won a mock pitch team competition for Seventh Generation's new product line launch. She has influenced agency leadership at Forsman & Bodenfors to transform their approach to DE&I. Additionally, her thoughts on how brands can navigate today's polarizing media landscape were published in Advertising Week in 2020. She’s currently grinding as a Senior Strategist at Wolff Olins, working through tough challenges facing conscious brands today. And she's a proud member of the 2021 ADCOLOR FUTURES program.

Erynn takes a thoughtful approach to her craft, balancing her curiosity with her tenacious spirit to bridge divides and create sustainable progress for individuals and brands alike.


When she's not in the office, Erynn can be found listening to audiobooks by female comedians, sweating it out in her latest fitness obsession (currently Rumble Boxing), or rewatching the cinematic action of the Marvel Universe.
